Tan Yew Chin (Eugene) [LLB (Hons)], aged 58 graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1987. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1988 and the Malaysian Bar in 1995.

Mr Tan was formerly group legal advisor to a public listed concern with involvement in construction. Prior to setting up his legal practice in Malaysia in 1996, he worked as the Head of Legal Department in a large construction conglomerate. Mr Tan was also previously involved in the drafting of the RM3 billion Putra LRT Design & Build Contracts. He was also a regular speaker in the area of construction laws.

Over the years, Mr Tan has acquired extensive experience in real estate and construction law.
