Miss Janice Quay, aged 26, graduated from the University of London with an LL.B. (Honours) degree in 2016, and thereafter went on to complete her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2018. She thereafter chambered in VALARIE CHONG & CO and was admitted to practise as an advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 30 August 2019.

Her exposure in VALARIE CHONG & CO was predominantly in general civil litigation, a handful of criminal works, and a fair bit of immigration works and conveyancing. She joined C H QUAY LAW CHAMBERS on 1 January 2020 as a partner, taking charge of the litigation division.
